Ergonomics
Ergonomics is a healthy workstation. The reason it is so important is because it can cause injuries such as, carpal tunnel, back pains, and arm pain. Billions of dollars were spent on workers compensation because so many people have unhealthy workstations. The best position for your chair is a comfortable, like slouching or a reclined, position so that your back is resting easy, and your feet need to be resting on the ground. The best position for the key board is a negative slope, or below desk level. Your mouse needs to be next to your keyboard. The computer moniter needs to be as far away as possible as long as you can still see. Lighting doesnt need to be too dim because it can cause neck, back, and eye strain and also cause headaches. Movement is the most important activity because if you don't it can cause bad posture, stiffness,and other injuries because not moving is the worst thing for your body.
