10 Internet Safety Tips

  1. Never give out personal information.  Example: Someone could get a hold of your personal information and track you. http://www.fbi.gov/fun-games/kids/kids-safety
  2. Change your password regularly.   Example: Someone could get a hold of your password, hack your account and get all of your personal information. http://safekids.ne.gov/young_adult_resources.html
  3. Don't meet anyone in real life from the internet, unless you personally know them.  Example: Somone could pose as a person your age and might want to harm you in some way. http://safekids.ne.gov/young_adult_resources.html
  4. Know who you are talking to. A person could easily pose as someone they arent so be careful.  Example: Somone could be poseing as someone they are not to get your trust and get u to tell them your personal information. http://www.fbi.gov/fun-games/kids/kids-safety
