Know Your Audience

It's very important to know your audience when you are giving a presentation. You don't want them to have a hard time understanding or just becoming bored with your presentation. As an example, if you talk in a slow voice with no emotion, people would get bored with your presentation.

No matter what you are writing, it is always imprtant to understand the needs of your particular audience. Ask yourself:
1. Who will read or see this piece of writing?
2. What do i wan them to know?
3. What background do th bring?
4. What do i want this piece of writing or presentation to accomplish?
