Business and Personal Business Letters

Both business and personal business letters use a block style format because or the organized look and it is easier to read.In block format, all the lines are left alligned. The body of the letter is a 1.15pt spacing, and a 10 pt. paragraph spacing. 2" margin at the top aswell as 1" margin for the sides and bottom. Personal business letters do not use letterheads, but business letters do, and all the personal information is put in at the bottom of the letter in a personal business letter.

3.The personal business letter does not use a letterhead and puts all of the personal information at the bottom of the letter, but the business does have a letterhead and it post the personal information at the top of the letter. The business letter is made up to be immediatly identify the letter, and personal is made for someone to communicate to somone in a not so formal way.
